These Terms of Service govern the use of the Suvera Skincare website and the purchase of products from Suvera Skincare. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all visits to our website, all use of our services and all purchases made through Suvera Skincare, unless otherwise stated in writing.
These Terms apply to consumers purchasing for private purposes. If a business-related order or collaboration request is handled separately, additional terms may apply where relevant.
3. Eligibility and use of the website
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s functionality, submit false information, or use the website in any unlawful or harmful manner.
4. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredient-related information and product guidance as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, including differences in appearance caused by lighting, screen settings, packaging updates or batch presentation.
Product recommendations, skincare guidance, quiz results and related content are provided for general informational and customer experience purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, dermatological diagnosis or individual healthcare treatment advice.
If you have a medical skin condition, allergies, sensitivities or other health-related concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using cosmetic products.
5. Orders and contract formation
Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order and not a binding offer by us to sell.
A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted by us. After you place an order, you will usually receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has already been definitively accepted in every case.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, stock errors, pricing mistakes, technical problems or other legitimate operational reasons. EU traders must provide clear pre-contract information before a distance sale and confirm the contract after conclusion.
6. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are stated in euro unless otherwise indicated. Where applicable, prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout before the order is completed.
We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing information is correct. If a clear pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before fulfilment and to inform you accordingly.
Available payment methods may include Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Google Pay, Klarna, Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact and Maestro, depending on the customer’s location and checkout availability.
7. Shipping and delivery
Suvera Skincare currently ships to Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
Estimated processing time is generally 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery is generally 2 to 5 working days. Express delivery is generally 1 to 3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. EU rules require traders to inform customers clearly about delivery arrangements before purchase.
Most orders are shipped with FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, seasonal volume, logistics circumstances or events outside our control.
Free shipping may apply from a specified order value where stated on the website. Express shipping is not included in free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Locker or pickup point selection may not be available at checkout. Where offered by the carrier, such options may become available later through the tracking process, depending on the destination country and carrier functionality.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
However, this right may not apply or may cease to apply where products are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. This is particularly relevant for skincare and cosmetic products.

9. Refunds, returns and exchanges
Because Suvera Skincare sells cosmetic and skincare products, returns are not accepted as a general rule for opened, used or unsealed products, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
We do not offer standard exchanges. Any approved corrective solution may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit or another appropriate outcome depending on the circumstances.

10. Legal guarantee and defective goods
Consumers in the EU benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. This legal guarantee exists independently of any commercial policy or goodwill arrangement.
If you believe a product is faulty or not in conformity on arrival, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can assess the matter.

You may choose to create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that the information linked to your account is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to an account where misuse, fraud, abuse or unlawful behaviour is suspected.

Any guidance, recommendations or suggested routines generated through such tools are intended for informational and customer experience purposes only. They are based on the information provided and may involve limited internal preference-based assessment, but they are not medical advice and do not guarantee any specific skincare outcome.
By submitting a form or taking a quiz, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
13. Newsletter and marketing
If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter or opt in to receive marketing communication, we may send you product updates, launches, offers, editorial content and related communication.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, public authority action, technical outages, strikes, severe weather, supply chain disruption or other force majeure events.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
