This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how subscription-based, recurring or other ongoing purchase options offered by Suvera Skincare may be cancelled, paused or changed.

Please read this policy carefully before selecting any recurring purchase option on our website.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to any recurring or subscription-style purchase option made available by Suvera Skincare through our website, including where a customer chooses automatic recurring deliveries or similar repeat purchase arrangements.

If no recurring purchase option is selected at checkout, this policy does not apply to your order.

2. What a purchase option means

Where available, a purchase option allows you to receive selected products on a recurring basis instead of placing a new one-time order each time.

By selecting a recurring purchase option, you authorise Suvera Skincare and its payment processing partners to charge the payment method connected to your subscription in line with the frequency and conditions shown at checkout or in your subscription settings.

3. Subscription term and renewal

Recurring purchase options continue until they are cancelled by you or ended by us in accordance with this policy.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring purchase options renew automatically according to the delivery frequency and billing interval selected by you when starting the subscription.

4. How to cancel

You may cancel a recurring purchase option at any time before the next renewal or billing moment, provided the cancellation is made before the applicable cut-off time for the next scheduled order.

You can request cancellation by:

  • using your customer account or subscription management area where available
  • using any subscription management link sent to you by email where available
  • contacting us directly at hello@suvera.care

If your cancellation request is submitted after the next recurring order has already been processed, billed or prepared for dispatch, that next order may still go through and the cancellation will apply to future renewals only.

5. Cancellation timing

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing or processing point.

Once a recurring order has already been generated, charged or entered fulfilment, it may no longer be possible to stop that individual cycle.

6. Pausing or changing a subscription

Where supported by the subscription setup used by Suvera Skincare, you may be able to pause, reschedule, skip or edit a recurring order instead of fully cancelling it.

Availability of these options may depend on the technical setup of the subscription service, the timing of your request and the stage of the order cycle.

7. Effect of cancellation

Once your recurring purchase option is cancelled successfully, no future recurring orders will be generated after the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges for orders that were already processed, billed, confirmed or dispatched before the cancellation took effect.

8. EU withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, online contracts generally benefit from a 14-day withdrawal framework. For services, that period generally starts from the day the contract is concluded. Clear pre-contract information about cancellation and contract duration must also be provided for recurring arrangements.

However, if a recurring purchase option results in the supply of sealed skincare or cosmetic goods, your rights in relation to delivered goods may be affected by the hygiene and health-protection exception once products have been opened or unsealed after delivery. Please also consult our Refund Policy for the rules that apply to delivered products. 

9. Failed payments and termination by us

If a recurring payment cannot be processed successfully, we may retry the payment, suspend the subscription, skip the order cycle or cancel the recurring purchase option where reasonably necessary.

We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend a recurring purchase option where necessary for legal, technical, operational, fraud-prevention or stock-related reasons.

10. Price changes

If pricing for a recurring purchase option changes in a material way, we may notify you before the updated price applies to future renewals where required or appropriate.

Any such change will not affect your rights under applicable law.

11. One-time orders generated before cancellation

Any recurring order that has already been generated before your cancellation request takes effect is treated as an active order and remains subject to our standard policies, including our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
